Zelos Media provides marketing, lead generation, and client outreach services, including Pay-Per-Show (PPS) and Pay-Per-Close (PPC) campaigns for service-based businesses. Services may include:
- Lead reactivation via SMS/email
- Appointment setting for consultations
- Performance-based client acquisition

You agree that your participation in these services is at your own discretion and risk.

2. Communication & Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Zelos Media through phone, SMS, and email. These may include:
- Appointment notifications
- Marketing messages
- Updates or follow-ups

Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS or clicking "unsubscribe" in emails.

3. Performance-Based Payment Terms

If you are working with us under a Pay-Per-Show or Pay-Per-Close agreement, you agree to:
- Pay only for valid, qualified shows or closes as defined in the service agreement
- Provide timely feedback, reporting, and payment upon receiving booked consultations or closed clients
- Not reassign, poach, or replicate any lead source or script without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in termination of services and forfeiture of ongoing access.

4. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

We do not guarantee a specific number of appointments, revenue, or results. While we work hard to deliver high-quality prospects, business success is dependent on your ability to close and service clients.

You agree that:
- Results will vary based on your sales process and response time
- You are responsible for managing and converting leads we deliver
- Zelos Media is not liable for lost revenue, opportunities, or missed appointments

5. Intellectual Property

All assets, scripts, systems, and content provided by Zelos Media remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our materials without permission.

6. Termination & Suspension

Zelos Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate service at any time due to:
- Abuse of the service
- Non-payment
- Misrepresentation
- Breach of agreement

We may also pause campaigns if timely payment is not received or communication becomes unresponsive.

7. Liability Limitation

Under no circumstances shall Zelos Media be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered within the past 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
